Ram's horn - buffalo folding knife
From the Chambord collection, this 1515 folding knife is handcrafted in Thiers, France’s historic cutlery region. Mouflon horn paired with buffalo horn creates a naturally contrasted handle, with a warm feel in the hand and the refined presence expected from high-end cutlery.
The blade is made from 14C28N stainless steel and features the “Ice Blade” finish for a clean edge and precise cutting feedback. Whether used in a professional kitchen or carried daily, it supports confident, controlled movements—ideal for chefs, restaurateurs, shop owners, and collectors who value craftsmanship.
A Liner Lock mechanism keeps the blade securely in place during use. The overall balance highlights workshop-level details—fitting, polishing, and finishing—carried out in France. As with all natural horn, each handle shows unique variations, making every knife a distinctive piece.
To care for the natural materials, wipe the knife after use and store it in a dry place. Two blade lengths are available to match your needs, from service work to everyday carry.
