The stainless steel blade in 14C28N features a satin finish with a defined false edge, offering clean lines and reliable cutting performance. The heel of the blade shows a hand-worked detail known as “bouchonnage”, a technique that adds nuance and craftsmanship to the steel. The hand-chiseled spacer with rustic leaf motifs, the floral screws and the bouchonné liners highlight the artisanal nature of the knife.
